Subject Midway HS "Class of 1987" Reunion

Jeff, Band, and Bill,
I just wanted to thank you for making our 20th high
school reunion so special. All of our classmates were
blown away by the talent, personality, and overall
extra mile you went to to make it a blast. Our night
could not have been better. My friends and I had sore
feet from dancing to every song and needed a
chiropractor from headbanging on stage in the mullet
wigs. Your band interacted with the audience so well!!
They got everyone up and dancing with their great song
list and personal touch. Thanks for letting us sing,
dance in mullets, and for making it one of the most
fun nights we have had. Even some of the guys were
mouthing the words to the 80's songs without even
knowing it. You got the party started, kept it going,
and we didn't want to quit dancing!! You were just
what we were looking for and tons of people said they
would love to come hear you again in Austin or we
could have you back to Waco. Thanks again!!!!! Yall
were awesome!!

Hi Jeff ~

I would like to thank you and your band for helping me, put on an AWESOME party Saturday night! Y’all were so easy to work with, and did a fantastic job in the selection of music. You also made my day when I asked if you minded dressing in 70’s/or Disco style clothing and you said no not at all, very impressive. Yours and the Band's interaction with the Guests added that little extra pizzazz to the evening! It was my first time to put together a party of this magnitude and to have my Boss receive calls and/or e-mails saying what a great time they had and look forward to the next event, makes you feel great!

Great Job and I look forward to working with y’all in the near future!

Jeff, sorry it's taken me so long to reply and commend you and the band on the best party I have ever seen and been involved with.
You guys are simply the best and the most fun. I have received at least a hundred e-mails today from Classmates who's hearts and souls that you, the band and your music touched.
Connecting with you will go down in history as one of my best decisions and I have to tell you that I never once had one thought or concern regarding the band, which allowed me to focus on everything else.
As a matter of fact I'm working with the Class of 77' and telling them they need to hire you guys for their 30th next year.

Sincerely,
Butch Grote,
Class of 1976

Nathan and I want to thank everyone in the band for making our wedding reception a hit! You guys are so much fun and kept everyone on the dance floor all night! People have told us that it was the best wedding they've been to and I know it's because of you guys. Several guests have commented "that was an awesome band"!

Also, I'm so impressed and still can't believe that Bill sang the song for the father/daughter dance live! It was such a random song but my dad really liked it, and I was expecting the CD version to be played since you guys had not heard of it. But when I got to the dance floor and heard Bill singing, I was really touched. You guys went above and beyond and we really appreciate it!! These are memories that we will cherish forever!

We will definitely recommend you to everyone and look forward to hearing you play again!

Thanks again!!

Jill and Nathan Smith

Bill,

Thanks for the entertainment yesterday evening at Johnny Finn’s.  The band really made the place rock, and when you guys let the kids get on stage, the little performers really took the Johnny Finn’s family experience to a new level.  We had a blast, and the kids were talking about going back for another party night already.

Anyway, thanks for your generosity, All the best, and hope to see you more often.

Peace out!

"The Crush is a 80s cover band I saw in Austin last night... so good. I was impressed, and then they covered Hey Ya... Outkast, and I couldn't stop smiling. Great night: chill air, good company, seeing family, grape soda."

Jeff,

Greg and I can't thank you enough for The Crush's enthusiasm and fantastic show ya'll put on at our wedding. Everyone complimented us on our band choice (made us look good..ha ha!) and said they had such a great time listening and dancing to your music! Ya'll really added so much to the fun and energetic atmosphere that we wanted to achieve. It really helped make our wedding memorable and we will without a doubt recommend you to friends in the future. Maybe we can come see ya'll play at Carlos and Charlie's next time we are in town. Keep us in touch with where you will be playing. Also, we are working on getting some pictures from the wedding put up on a website so that people can view them and I will send you the links once they are up. So once again, thank you so much and please thank everyone in the band for us.
